Driven Motorworks Inspection and Sales Policy
Driven Motorworks strives to provide reliable vehicles at affordable prices. We try to go above and beyond by providing CarFax reports for free to anyone interested in our vehicles to provide a better lens into the ownership and maintenance history of all of the vehicles on our lot. Unfortunately, due to our lack of infrastructure (with a lift or certified mechanic on our team), we are not able to certify and inspect each and every vehicle that we sell. That said, although we cannot preform these inspections in-house, we strive for transparency and greatly welcome any sort of inspection you’d like to perform; whether a simple look-over and test drive, bringing a mechanic to the lot to inspect, or even providing the vehicles for an extended time period and test drive to have a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) done at any shop within a reasonable distance. We also offer a variety of third-party warranty options for purchase for extra peace of mind. In the end, a used vehicle is just that: used. With a nearly infinite number of factors at play that attribute to its current condition and future longevity, there is truly no way to guarantee with one hundred percent certainty that your vehicle ownership will be trouble free. As much as we hope your vehicle will last 30 years and 300,000 more miles, we do not guarantee it will make it 3 seconds or 3 feet off of the property. While we at Driven Motorworks wish we had all the answers, and a magic eight ball to see into the future to make your vehicle ownership pain-free, that technology doesn’t exist. Ultimately all sales are final, and all vehicles are sold as-is.
Driven Motorworks “Held Vehicle” and Deposit Policy
In our years of business, we’ve experienced countless prospective customers failing to follow through on their claims of purchasing a vehicle after allegedly committing to it. As a result, no longer can Driven Motorworks hold vehicles for customers on word alone. A vehicle may be held exclusive for a customer at a non-refundable rate of $200 per day, or a $1,000 per week, made via the payment methods below. This exchange trades time and exclusivity, and just as the passing of time may not be returned to Driven Motorworks, neither will funds be returned to the buyer that decides against the purchase of this vehicle or misses their purchased window of exclusivity.
Driven Motorworks Payment Options and Policy
Driven Motorworks is pleased to offer a variety of forms of payment options. Cash, checks, external bank loans, in-house financing options, e-payment (such as Venmo and Zelle) as well as credit and debit card. Credit and Debit transactions will be facilitated through “Clover” and are subject to a processing surcharge of 3.9%
